Brass and stainless steel demarcation and tactile paving studs

Brass and stainless steel tactile paving studs

Stainless steel & Brass tactile studs are easily detected by both sighted & visually impaired pedestrians & used to indicate the presence of pedestrian crossing or crossing points.  When off-set they are used to indicate the edge of the platforms at Railway stations, please note there is strict guidance for such use & details should be obtained from the site architect/engineer or the DETR "Guidance on the use of Tactile Paving Surfaces".  Installation is performed by simply drilling the surface & setting the stud in an epoxy resin.
